Refund Policy
We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
The return and refund policy terms apply to all products on our website based on the conditions below. We will adjust and update the terms when deemed necessary and appropriate from time to time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
A “full refund” means its value includes the transaction fees and shipping fees.
How DO I CANCEL MY ORDER / ITEM?
– Customer cancels Order/ Item within 24 hours since your purchase:
- Customers can receive a full refund from us.
– Customer cancels Order/ Item after 24 hours since your purchase:
- The customer’s order will be fulfilled after 24 hours of placing the order, the customer can cancel the order but will be charged a fee for us to recover the material fee. Depending on the order and the time to cancel the order, we will send a notice about the fee to the specific customer. The customer can agree to pay that fee or continue with the order. Please note: Refund = Order Value – Recover Fee.
– Customer cancels Order/ Item after shipped out:
- Unfortunately, we do not accept customers canceling orders after receiving a shipping notice.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER / ITEM?
– Customer change Order/ Item within 24 hours since your purchase:
- Please get in touch with us via email support: [email protected] or Contact us page to change your Order/ Item. If the customer change to a smaller size, or a cheaper material, we will refund the difference fee. Otherwise, the customer will have to pay the fee.
– Customer change Order/ Item after 24 hours since your purchase or ship out:
- Unfortunately, we do not accept customers change orders/items 24 hours after your purchase or shipped out. But we’ll email you to let you know if anything can be changed.
BEFORE THE PARCEL ARRIVES

- Our close relationship with top carriers ensures that parcels are delivered on time (within the estimated time range). Nonetheless, due to force majeure causes delayed arrival might have occurred.
- Lost in transit: A full refund requirement is accepted if you haven’t received the parcel after 30 days from the ordered date as recorded on our tracking system.
AFTER THE PARCEL ARRIVES
If the parcel arrives with one of the following conditions, please kindly reach us for a free order replacement (without modification) and/or a full refund within 5 business days:
- Significantly different from the description or sample was shown to you.
- Printed products are not clear, they are blurry.
- The print position is not as described on the website.
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- Not what you ordered.

- Order number
- Customer Information
- Photo(s) of any quality issues or damaged parts of the actual product received.
- Photo(s) of the incorrectly delivered product (in the case of an incorrect color/design from the original order).
- Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in the event that the original order was incorrectly sized).
- Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the received product.
Our customer service department will receive information from you and handle your case. Customers can either choose between a “full refund” request and/or a free order replacement (free replacement only available without any order modifications) if the claim is valid and reasonable with our Refund Policy.
- Replacement order: We will send it after receiving the confirmation email, the delivery time is the same as the original order time.
- Refund: We will email the refund amount and refund schedule. We will refund it to your payment account. This refund will go back to your account within 5 to 7 business days. Besides, we will be responsible for checking the transaction on the payment gateway if you have not received the refund in that time.
Please note
- Customer Not Happy After Receiving Correct Product. We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind after receiving your order. Once an item has been received in normal condition, it cannot be returned.
- Customer Provide Wrong Shipping Address/ Name: Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.
- Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days from your delivery date. If the 30-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once the claims are resolved, we will email the refund amount and refund schedule. We will refund it to your payment account. We will refund it to your payment account.
